　　We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

　　In this role, you will:

　　Mainly handle FCY ORTT payment processing, including but not limited to:

　　a. Process all FCY ORTT payments with high efficiency and accuracy, and ensure all processing are in line with internal procedure/manual and external regulations;

　　b. Support supervisors to handle payment related snag cases professionally and skillfully. Report exceptional cases to line managers in time;

　　c. Complete voucher preparation and reconciliation as per internal requirement correctly. Prepare funding reporting, and regular returns and reporting, and ensure completeness and accuracy;

　　d. Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring. Comply with all relevant internal instructions and external regulatory requirements. Keep good sense of Anti-Money Laundry and avoid fraud cases. Report potential ML or suspicious transactions in time, and prepare Anti-ML report when necessary;

　　e. Keep a scientific and smart filing system within the relevant area. Handle GRM document offsite storage according to relevant procedure and policy;

　　f. Keep good communication and corporation with internal colleagues, including back-office colleagues and frontline colleagues. Provide SWAT supports to other teams or sub-branches if necessary;

　　g. Ensure a complete knowledge set, ready to take up backup tasks for other operations roles as assigned by line manager when necessary;

　　h. Handle the other tasks of HTS function when necessary.

　　To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

　　- General banking job knowledge

　　- Good spoken and written English

　　- PC knowledge

　　- Customer services skills

　　- Good communication skills

　　- High efficiency

　　- Able to work under pressure

　　Successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required.
