　　We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

　　In this role, you will:

　　1.To handle all counter services and deliver high standard of professional service to meet customer needs and gain their satisfaction,meanwhile strictly in line with internal guidelines and procedures and in compliance with local rules and regulations.

　　2.To balance cash position at regular intervals and balance total cash on hand against system total and cash vouchers at day-end. To float/return cash from/to Cashier with proper float slip filled out and ensure teller box is within his/her cash holding limit

　　3.To pass on customer instructions for remittances/ deposits/ABM received over counter without delay to back office staff for their further processing.

　　4.To ensure all promotional pamphlets/brochures displayed in the banking hall are adequately replenished.

　　5.To safeguard the Bank’s interest any time and keep good mindset and raise suspicion instance and reporting it to management immediately.

　　6.To introduce and promote bank services/products proactively.

　　To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

　　1. Bachelor degree;

　　2. Strong sense of responsibility;

　　3. Fluent oral English/Chinese

　　4. Good communication skills;

　　5. Good PC skill
