　　We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

　　In this role, you will:

　　-To handle HSBC Technology & Service related assignments mainly including Voucher Control, Account Payable Coordination for vendor payment and staff reimbursement, Car Management, Fax Operations and other ad hoc administrative work at Qingdao branch in a professional and compliant way, and offer support to HSBC Technology & Service central region as requested by line manager;

　　-To identify weak areas in daily work and assist line manager to enhance team service level, reinforce risk control and compliance, improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, enhance regulatory relationship and staff engagement level;

　　-To make good ideas and contribution to staff team building activities, branch level activities, be connected with line manager, teammates, and peer departments.

　　To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

　　-Bachelor or above degree obtained;

　　-Good command of both English and Mandrine;

　　-Excellent communication and coordination skills;

　　-Being open-minded, positve and resilient under work pressure;

　　-Being familiar with applications Excel,PPT preferred.
