　　Payment Service Assistant SD XIA HSBC China 職位描述：

　　We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

　　In this role, you will:

　　1. Process RMB payment / collection and Commercial Draft / Bank Accepted Draft .

　　2. Process all customers RMB payment request via HSBC net and PIB.

　　3. Handle customers’ enquires/queries over counter/telephone courteously & refer to senior staff /supervisor when problems encountered.

　　4. Relief and back-up other positions as required.

　　5.Prepare all kinds of periodic return in relative to RMB for PBOC&CNQ.

　　6. Implement internal control requests, internal/external ®ulatory audit recommendations.

　　To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

　　1.Remittance, especially RMB payment knowledge for 1-3 years

　　2. Good command of RMB business regulations.

　　3. PC knowledge

　　4. Communication skills in customer service
