　　We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

　　In this role, you will:

　　1. Comply with the rules and regulations stipulated by PBOC/SAFE to verify the documents provided by customer such as invoice, custom slip prior to execution of payment order and to raise BOP declaration.

　　2. Handle all outward TT and DD applications and ensure authorization authenticated and customer account debited properly prior to release of outward TT/DDs and record details in relative register.

　　3. Check the correct CBID & SWIFT code to ensure proper correspondent bank information.

　　4. Handle customer’s enquiries/ queries over counter/telephone courteously & refer to senior staff/supervisor when problems encountered.

　　5. Draft snag items, cables/letters & file all correspondence and documents relating to outward remittance transactions in good order.

　　6. Ensure correct exchange rates are applied for all transactions involving different currencies.

　　7. Prepare funding and forex requests to Treasury through FCD.

　　8. Relief other positions as required.

　　9. Help to prepare all kinds of periodic returns in relative to outward remittance for PBOC & CNQ. Ensure all the figures are correct and submitted on time.

　　10. Report potential ML transactions related to outward remittance to Payment Officer for SAFE Anti-ML report preparation.

　　Qualifications

　　To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

　　-Bachelor degree or above

　　-Good understanding of banking rules and regulations

　　-Strong sense of responsibility

　　-Good communication and interpersonal skill

　　-Good written and spoken English

　　-Good computer skill
